Hello David was my store manager at checker auto parts for several years I was a driver. He was a quirky, funny guy..

I was David's CSM while we were deployed to Afghanistan, and we worked together a few other times.  We went through alot overseas, and not to many folks realize what that was like.  David was a stellar Soldier that will be terribly missed.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your family for their sacrifice for our country.  You were a good man and more than a good friend to those who served with you. I pray that your next chapter be a peaceful one.  I pray that your family and friends can remember you with a smile and find peace with your passing.  As for me, I will think of you in awe of the things that you were able to achieve and the legacy you leave to this world.
