Shirleen P Okelberry

Shirleen was born May 5, 1933 in Kimberley, Idaho to Stanley and Jessie {Nielson} Leon.

After graduating high school in Idaho, Shirleen attended Texas Lutheran College where she met Warren.

Shirleen married Warren Okelberry on February 14, 1953. They were married almost 61 years until he passed on February 6, 2016.

In 1960 Warren and Shirleen moved to Las Vegas. Shirleen worked for over twebty five years for United States Customs. She loved to sew, read, and watch T.V., but the most important thing was being a good wife, mother, aunt, and grandma.

Shirleen will be deeply missed by her children Pamela (Michael) Berge, Sheree (Michael) Cunningham, and Butch Okelberry; grandchildren Christina, Dustin, Ryan, Taylor, and Alexis; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister Robin Stinnatte; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Shirleen was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son Bartley Okelberry, and siblings.
