

Terry Nance Sr. was born on February 7, 1943. He was the last surviving child of the late Charlie and Virginia Nance. Terry was a devoted Christan, follower of Jesus, and dedicated to Word of God. Terry Nance was United States Air Force Veteran, who served in operation Desert Storm. He retired after 25 years of service as Master Sargeant. After his retirement, Terry assumed a career with the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to enlisting, he was a graduate of Daytona Beach Junior college with an Associate of the Arts degree.
In 1966 Terry married the love of his life, Edith Angela Wesley. The love they had for each other surpassed deployments, trials, tribulations, and even death. Though she passed 17 years prior, Terry has long awaited the day he would be in heaven with his beloved again. Their love lives on in their 3 children Trevor, Tori, and Terry Jr. Terry poured love into his grandchildren, Trevor Jr.,Travae,Teaella,Raheem, Faith, Xander, Abigail,Charlotte,and Great Grand Daughter Nabi. He spent his time teaching them to ride bikes, swing a golf club, cook, and play catch. He lived the picture-perfect family man life.
Terry’s passions include serving at his church, The Champion Center of Las Vegas, golfing, cooking, and spending time with family. He had a true servant’s heart and always helped those in need.
Terry passed away in his home, as he wished, surrounded by his family. His legacy and his stories will be forever passed down. His absence will be forever felt. He will never be forgotten.
