

Thomas Michael Holloway of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Sunday, January 26,2025 at the age of 74. He was born on February 19,1950 in Seoul, Korea and grew up in Southern California, graduating from Bell Gardens High School in 1968. After high school Thomas enlisted in the Army and served from June 1970 to October 1972 before being honorably discharged for medical reasons. Thomas had a very successful career as a commercial artist before transitioning to focus on independent projects. Thomas was declared legally blind in 1986, but did not let that stop him from continuing his art career. He created numerous pen and ink drawings, as well as three comic strips. He was also a very talented singer, guitarist and songwriter.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents George and Cunigunda Holloway as well as a brother, George Leroy Holloway Jr. He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Sheri, children Thomas (Christine) Holloway, Tracy (Michael) Barron, and Breanna Holloway, sister Shirley (Dave) Stancliff, brother William (Valarie) Holloway, and first wife of 24 years, Janice Holloway. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Connor Barron, Allie Barron, and Kassandra Holloway as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from Noon to 5 o’clock pm. Location to be announced after RSVP.
