William Steve Bilansky, Sr., 86, of Las Vegas, passed away September 24, 2016. He was born November 13, 1929 in Mahanoy City, PA to the late Louis and Julia Bilansky. William is survived by his sons, William and Robert Bilansky. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28th from 4pm to 6:30pm, with a funeral service to follow, at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113.
