Winnie Villagomez Taitano

Winnie Villagomez Taitano, born October 2nd 1939, originally from Guam, passed away peacefully at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, NV, on January 4th, 2021, at 10:14am PT from complications due to Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. She had her husband, Carlos Quinata Taitano, her daughter Trina Collette Villagomez Taitano, and her son in-law Frank Junior Munoz by her bedside. Her youngest son, Dwayne Taitano, daughter in-law Marijul Babasa Taitano, her eldest daughter Zena Taitano Sanchez and son in-law Alvin Sanchez, along with her grand children were present virtually when she took her last breath.

She was a beautiful, strong woman, active in the Guam Women's Association, volunteered at several schools and political campaigns, and so much more. Her greatest happiness came from the generations that stemmed from the love she shared with her husband. She was well known for Christmas, her deep faith in God, her fashion, and her big heart. Her smile was infectious and will be missed.

She now joins her son, Jesse Crisanto Taitano and daughter in-law Delia, mother Trindad Blas Villagomez, father Jose Perez Villagomez, and brothers Erwin "Tommy" Villagomez survived by wife Angie and children, and Joe Villagomez survived by wife Annie and their children, along with brother in-law Del Northway survived by her sister Leng Northway, and their children.

We thank you for being a part of her final adventure.
