On December 10, 2010, Ralph Mitchell Payne, Jr., beloved husband of Betty J. Payne, passed away. He is survived by a host of loving family members and friends. Family will greet friends on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, from 1-2 p.m., Fleck Funeral Home, Inc., 7601 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, MD, where services will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will be private.
