On January 31, 2011, Vera Mildred Day, beloved wife of the late, Kenneth Elwood Day, passed away. Loving mother of; Rosa Maher and husband, John, Linda Kveseth, Michael Day and wife, Susan, Robert Day and wife, Renee and Tracy Parker, beloved grandmother of; Larry, Kelli, Dana, Michelle, Chris, Amber, Carissa, Robert and Jacob. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
Family will greet friends on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011 from 4 – 7 p.m., FLECK FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7601 Sandy Spring Road, Laurel, Maryland, where funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 3rd at 12 noon. Interment will immediately follow in Emmanuel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Laurel, MD.
