After graduating from high school Gary served in the United States Army. Upon his discharge he began working at Enstrom Helicopter in Menominee. He later worked at Erda. He relocated his family to Liberty Hill, Texas where he continued to work in aviation interiors.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn of 57 years; sons, Martin (Gigi) and Ryan; grandsons, Jerremy, Josh and Jacob; nieces, Heather and Angie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Curtis Huck and his sister, Lynda.
Gary treasured his time at camp where he hunted, fished and cut LOTS of firewood. Nature brought him solace.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date in Menominee.
