She is survived by her mother Janice Neviles, step-father, Robert Neviles, and brother Jimi Tobey. She is also survived by her two children, Mason Michael Tvinnereim, age 16 and Hannah Lauren Tvinnereim age 13. She was proceeded in death by her father James Tobey.
Jeannine was a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999 and remained an avid Longhorn fan throughout her life. Her life was filled with joy by raising her two children Mason and Hannah. Friends described her as a "momma bear" when it came to advocating for her children. She described her children as her greatest joy. Jeannine also enjoyed volunteering at the kids school, scrap booking and spending time with family and friends.
Services celebrating Jeannine's life will be held on January 2, 2019 at 1100 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home in Leander, Texas.
