It is with profound sorrow that I learned of Joe's passing. He was a close friend during his years at LCRA. He was born the same year as my daughter. She died November 10, 2019. I understand your grief. I don't know what happened to Joe after he left and we lost touch.Troy may remember going with Joe and I to cirque du Soleil. I still have cards that Joe sent me from some of his journeys. I loved him for his gentle soul and spirit. I knew that he struggled to find his way while always showing me grace and kindness. I believe that Joe, as I do for my daughter, isn't very far away. Just right next door.

There were so many good times....all the motorcycle runs and trips over the years.  We grew up together...Joe along with Troy were like brothers to me.. while he started this adventure without us...we'll catch up when God calls us home....God Bless him and his family.  It's not a good bye....it's a see ya later.  Amen.

Rest In Peace Joe and May God have mercy on your soul.
