Albert K. Kehler, 87, Lebanon, PA passed away on Thursday February 4, 2021 in Stone Ridge Towne Centre. He was the husband of Patricia Lebo Kehler with whom he celebrated 21 years of marriage and was the husband of the late Shirley Kehler. Al was born in Pitman, Pa on March 29, 1933, a son of the late Benjamin Franklin Kehler and Gertie Kehler Kehler. He was a retired machinist and former owner of Lebanon Parts Service. Al served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a long-time member of Covenant U.M. Church, and was an avid outdoorsman and successful hunter who counted Maine, New York, Colorado, Alaska and Ontario in the places he hunted. He was a former Scoutmaster and long-time member of Boy Scout Troop 446. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons: Randall Kehler, Timothy and wife Dawn Kehler, Bruce and wife Lori Kehler; step-childern: John Shepler and wife Fawn, Bonnie Shepler; grandchildren: Joshua Sovar, Haley wife of Colin Habecker, Kayla Kehler; step-grandchildren: Johnathan Shepler and wife Courtney, Samantha wife of Mitchell Brensinger, Maranda wife of Daniel Smith; step-great-grandchildren: Bianca Brensinger, Wayne Brensinger, Russell Brensinger, Garret Smith, Kensley Smith, Amelia Smith, Wyatt Smith, Clare Shepler, Truitt Shepler; siblings: Betty Williard, Arlene Knapp, Mary Jane Herb; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his first wife he was preceded in death by a son: Gary Kehler and siblings: Ralph, Franklin, Lester and Lewis Kehler, and Martha Nagle, Orpha Harter, Helen Wetzel, Marie Palamar. Funeral services will be on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at 11:00 am. in Covenant U.M. Church, 346 N. 9th St., Lebanon, PA 17046 where a viewing will be held from 10:00am. to the time of service. Interment will be made in the Covenant Greenwood Cemetery. All are reminded that current CDC guideline regarding masks and social distancing will be observed. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to his church.
