Alverta R Ondrusek

Alverta R. “Dolly” Ondrusek, 83, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday January 31, 2025 in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Ondrusek, Jr. Dolly was born in Lebanon on February 4, 1941, a daughter of the late George and Pauline Tobias Saylor. She had been employed by Weis markets for over 25 years and had been a member of Covenant UM Church. She enjoyed creating special moments with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Those moments were her greatest joys. She is survived by a daughter: Paula A. wife of Daniel Shepler; grandchildren: Thomas R. Gipe and companion Audrey Bressler; Kayla J. wife of Timothy Stephens; Elizabeth G. wife of Matthew Fies; great-grandchildren: Chelsea, Anthony, Ryan, Tyler, Carter, Karen, Preston, Rylee, Braden, Isabella, Saige, Elliott; ex grandson-in-law: Reuben Lantz with whom she had a special relationship; brothers Stanford, Larry and Ralph Saylor; sisters: Donna wife of Edward Shiffer; Judy Gingrich; Sue wife of Randy Bergman. She was preceded in death by a brother: George Saylor, Jr. Funeral services will be Friday February 7, 2025 at 11:00am in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon with a time of viewing from 10:00am until the time of service. Interment will be in the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap.
