Elizabeth A. “Betty” Schies, 86, of Myerstown, passed away Friday December 17, 2021 at Stone Ridge Towne Center. She was the daughter of the late Hershey and Carol Marks. She was the wife of the late Edward W. Schies. She is survived by her daughters; Lucinda Hammer (wife of Bernd), Susan Batz (wife of Tom), grandchildren; Shawn, Shannon, Dustin & Kyle, nine great grandchildren and her brother Gary L. Marks (husband of Becky) of Texas. She was predeceased by siblings; Jack Marks, Jeanie Keller, Joan Dechert and Hershey Marks. She had a kind, loving and generous heart and loved all her grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed her bus trips with her “Bill” and she loved to bake and make her popular homemade Christmas fudge. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing at Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St Lebanon PA Wednesday December 22, 2021 from 6:00p-7:15p followed by a service at 7:15p.
