Joann Smaltz-VanWinkle, age 59, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

Joann is survived by her brother David Smaltz (Rita).

A graveside service for Joann will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N Weber St, Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17046.
