Nora E. Capello

Nora E. Polson Capello, 86, Lebanon, passed away after a short stay in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late William Capello. Nora was born in Lebanon on June 7, 1926 a daughter of the late Henry and Anna DiGiacomo Polson. On July 17, 1944 she married the late William Capello and they were celebrated 50 years of marriage until his death on June 16, 1995. Nora attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and had worked for several local sewing factories for a short period of time. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Lebanon. She is survived by children: Alice Englehart, wife of the late George Englehart; Sylvia wife of Raymond Kugler; AnnMarie Drahovsky and companion Michael Demler; Nancy Englehart and companion Michael Foreman; Samuel and wife Cathy Capello; Thomas and wife Sherry Capello, all of Lebanon; sister: Lucy Polson, Lebanon; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. on Monday June 3, 2013 in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will be held beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be made in the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.
