He was predeceased by his wife, Violet, and his son, Wally; his parents, Edward and Catherine; and his siblings, Peter, Rose, Francis, Edward, Stanley, and Alben.
He is survived by his son, Terry (Lori-Rae), and his daughter, Valerie (Brendan); his daughter in-law, Leann (Wally); grandchildren: JD (Taryn), Stephanie (Chad), Tianna (Kevin), Taylor (Cliff), Salena (Kyle), Erik (Kira), Justun, and Kendra (Jayden); great-grandchildren: Tayten, Jayden, Wyatt, Laine, Madden, and Braxton; and his siblings: Laurence, Josie, and Pat.
A Visitation will take place on September 19, 2025, from 7–9 p.m. at Hainstock and Son Funeral Chapel (4802-47 Ave., Leduc, AB). The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m.,on September 20, 2025, in St. Mary’s Russian Orthodox Church (25437 Highway 19, Leduc County).
