It is with Great sadness we announce the passing of Myrtle Konkin of Calmar, Alberta. She was predeceased by her parents, Jesse and Gladys Smith of Pincher Creek, siblings Arta Lalonde, Lorna Palmer, Dwight Smith and granddaughter Tammy Kobylka. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years John, daughters Norma, Lynne (Ted), her son John (Vickie), grandchildren June (Karan), Michael, James (Charmin), Richard, Samantha and James, great-grandchildren Lucas, Mary, Elijah and Rebecca.
Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Myrtle's wishes, no service will be held. Donations in memory of Myrtle may be made to MS Society of Canada, 150, 9405 - 50 Street, Edmonton, AB T6B 2T4.
