passed away after a short, hard-fought battle with cancer.
Reiko will be dearly missed by her husband of 52
years, Bob; son Robert (Michelle); granddaughter Keiko;
grandson Kiyoshi; brothers Ken (Nancy) Nishibata, Mori
(Tineke) Nishibata and Terry Nishibata; sisters Emi (Riichi)
Koizumi, Itoko Nishibata and Suzue Nishibata; brother-in-law
Ted Koizumi; as well as numerous friends and relatives.
Reiko was predeceased by her father Yasojiro Nishibata and mother
Suye Nishibata.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 30, 2013, at 10:30 am, at St.
David’s United Church, 4614 - 48 Street, Leduc, AB.
The family wishes to extend its sincere appreciation to the staff of the Cross
Cancer Institute and Leduc Community Hospital, who provided Reiko with the
utmost care and compassion.
