Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, Jamie Perrin (Dee); grandchildren, Trey Perrin, Cody Perrin; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds on Sunday, April 30, 2017 beginning at 1PM.
Services will be held in the Chapel on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM with burial at K Springs Cemetery in Chelsea, AL.
