Mr. Barr was a U. S. Navy Seal and an active member of the Elks Lodge for 13 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Lee Barr, daughters, Cindy Hill, Kristi Tyler (Zachery), sons, Tommy Barr, Blake Barr (Angela), Joshua Lee, mother, Virginia Warren and 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 2 PM with Services at 3 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel.
