Billy is survived by his daughters, Teresa Cohen (David) and Lisa Reaves (Greg); son, Terry Brasher (Teresa); 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brother, Gene Brasher.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 11:00AM, there will not be any graveside services.
