He is preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Pack and sons, Jeff Pack and Brad Pack.
He is survived by his fiancé, Glenda Emigh; daughter-in-law, Debbie Pack; sister, Mary Ruth Bost and Nadine Terry; grandchildren, Casey Underwood and Jeremy Pack; and 4 great-grandchildren, Marilyn Underwood, Abigale Underwood, Alex Pack, and Jadon Pack.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 28, 2018 from 1PM to 2PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 2PM. Burial will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
