Donald William Bryant

May 18, 1958 – May 22, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald William Bryant (Donnie) of Odenville, who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 68.

Donnie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who loved his family deeply. He enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, and what many knew best — being “Papa” watching his grandsons play ball. Whether he was enjoying the outdoors or cheering from the sidelines, he brought laughter, love, and unforgettable memories to those around him.

Donnie was also a devoted employee who recently retired after 32 years with Fontaine Specialized. His hard work, dedication, and loyalty were a true reflection of the man he was.

He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Bryant; daughters Shelby Bosworth (Kyle) and Jenna King (Philip); grandchildren Brayden, Braxton, KJ, and Ridge; and brother Doug Bryant, along with Doug’s children, Megan and Kevin Bryant.

Donnie was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Bryant, and his mother, Frances Nesbit.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 29, 2026, at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, with the service beginning at 1:00 PM.

Donnie will be remembered for his love of family, his sense of humor, and the many memories made with those he loved most. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
