Earl Ellsworth

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mavis Ann Adair Ellsworth; daughter, Renea Todd (Jimmy); son, Anthony Eugene Ellsworth (Karen); daughter, Michelle Meek (Wayne); sons, Michael McMillan and Casey Matos; sister, Ida Mae Killough; brothers, David Ellsworth and Andrew Underwood, grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, and Colby Ellsworth, Timothy Moody, Jessica Gargus, Terry Todd, Christina, Brittany, and Sara McMillan, Christian Meek, Lacey and Grant Matos; great grandchildren, Eli and Logan Ellsworth, Abbi Gargus, and Mary Lynn Gibson and several other friends, family, and loved ones. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 1:00PM at New Life Baptist Church in Odenville with burial to follow at Branchville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 11:00AM until 1:00PM
