She is survived by her sons, Micah Fowler (Jessica), Tony Fowler, parents, Carl Howard Sr. (Frances Howard), sisters, Dianna Hoover (Steve), Sheila Poer (Dan), brother, Carl Howard, Jr. (Carol) and (8) grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her mother, Jean Howard.
