He is survived by his wife, Doris Martin; son, Alan Martin; step-son, Charlie Owens; daughter, April Martin Smith; step-daughters, Jody Jones Washington, Sheila McKenna, and Sandy Posey; 12 grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 1:30Pm to 3PM with a funeral service to follow at 3PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel. Burial will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Leeds, AL.
