Mr. Lowery was a member of Moody Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his sons, Steve Lowery, Ronnie Lowery; father, Stanley Monroe Lowery; brothers, David and Allen Lowery and sister, Janice Floyd.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Weafer Lowery; son, Johnny Robert Lowery; mother, Virginia McCardle Lowery; brothers, Ricky (Graciela) Lowery & Steve (Stella) Lowery; sister, Diane Brown; grandchildren, Ashley Lowery, Tera (Josh) Self, Laura Montgomery, James (McKenzie) Lowery & Kelsey Lowery; great grandchildren, Karsen, Grace, Landen, Derek and Madalyn.
The family will receive friends from 5:30PM until 8PM on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11AM with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery with Jonathan Perz Officiating.
