Joyce is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mark Bowen; son, Jonathan Bowen; daughter, Carrie Bowen; brother, Paul Gragg; sisters, Betty Colley and Pam Sessions; grandchildren, Madison Martin, Peyton Martin, and Nolen Bowen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday 21, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 2:00PM with graveside services to follow at Branchville Cemetery.
