

Lewis Frank Watson, age 85 of Odenville, AL passed away December 5, 2011. Mr. Watson was a U. S. Navy Korean War Veteran. He worked for 28 years as a locomotive mechanic. He was a loving husband for 60 years to Mary Watson. He had two daughters and one son, 5 beautiful grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He loved gardening and tending to his animals. He had a kind and loving spirit and always greeted you with a big smile. He was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Sansom Watson, daughters, Deborah Huey (Richard), Rhonda Varner, son, Jeff Watson (Cindy), brother, Hendon Mixon (Ann), grandchildren, Hollie Howard (Jacob), Burt Robison (Lauren), Lyndsey Fincher (Scott), Bradley Watson (Rebecca), Clint Varner, great grandchildren, Andrew and Katelyn Howard, Lexie, Chesney and Jackson Robison, Sara Fincher and Alix Watson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 5 PM until 9 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Graveside Services will be Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Branchville Cemetery.
