Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her sisters, Sarah Parker and brother, Harvey Perry.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby C. Cook, nephew, Greg Parker, step-children, Beverly Smith (C. J.), Billie Howard (Dwight), Bobby Cook, sister, Hilda Parker (R. E.), several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 6 PM until 8 PM.
