Loraine "Munk" "Nana" Cummings passed on April 30, 2026, at the age of 64. Munk is preceded in death by her parents, Lila Ruth and Otis Nelson; husband, Jeff Cummings; In laws, Barbara and G.B. Cummings.
Munk is survived by her daughter, Tasha (Daniel) Mooney; sons, Jeffery (Bubba) and Michele Cummings, Jermiah (Billy) Cummings; grandchildren, Jeffery (Boogie) Cummings, Madison (Omar) Cummings, Mallorie (Mallie Cat) Cummings, Brayden Mooney, Cummings, Casden Mooney, Makayla Mooney, Londan Claire Cummings; great-grandchildren, Enzo Cummings Sanchez; sisters, Joann (Ronnie) Hamic, Cathy (David) Peoples; brothers, Johnny (Bud) and Janice Nelson, Toni Michaels, and Gary Nelson; A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Visitation will be held on Friday May 8th, 2026 from 5:00-8:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday May 9th, 2026 at 2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Springville, Alabama.
