Rev. James A. Maddox, age 87, of Odenville, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnson Maddox and Loyd Padgett; sister, Lois Siderits, brother, Pete Maddox; son, Johnson S. Maddox.
James is survived by his wife of 66 years, Brenda J. Maddox; daughter, Letitia Ash (Michael); son, Jeffrey Maddox (Brenda) and James E. Maddox (Beth); 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and brother, Lloyd Maddox.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 6:00PM until 8:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Branchville Cemetery.
