Wendy Sundman

Wendy Gail Sundman, age 61, passed away on June 2, 2025. She was born in Virginia on February 4, 1964, to Charles and Beatrice (Bea) Sheppard. She was a graduate of Leeds High School, class of 1982. She married Barry Sundman on October 21, 2007, in Birmingham, Alabama. Wendy truly took pride in her family, always bragging on those she loved. She never met a stranger and was always known to be the life of the party. Wendy always knew how to bring a smile to your face by displaying her unforgettable personality. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Barry; her daughters, Megan Lucas (Kevin), Andrea Davenport (Heath), her father, Charles Sheppard, her sister Teena Mashburn (Earnie), her grandchildren, Mekhi, Jordan, Neeley Kate, and Ramsey, her nephew, Zach (Destiny) and niece, Chloe. Family, friends, and others whose lives Wendy touched are invited to Kilgroe Funeral Home on Monday, June 9, 2025, to remember, reminisce, and honor the life of Wendy Gail Sundman.
