Maynard was a member of the Masonic Fortitude Lodge #47 in LaGrange, KY.
He is survived by his wife Thelma Madden; 3 daughters: Monni Joyce Marmontello, Mandy Diroff (Tom), & Stephanie Kwalton; 3 sons: William Wade Madden, Jeffrey M. Madden (Beth), & Mathew B. Madden (Erin); brother, Ralph S. Madden (Deana); 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd. Louisville, KY on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
