Wilma J Hudgins

Wilma Jean Hudgins, age 84, of Odenville, AL passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 31, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. Born on Thursday, September 19th, 1940, Wilma was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Jerry Hudgins, her parents (AW and Jean Arnold), sisters (Sybil Hudgins and Cheryl Cheek), and one brother (Dickie Arnold).

Wilma is survived by her children: Roy (Tammy) Hudgins, Cinda (David) Tucker, Vicki (Mike) Buckner, and Troy (Paige) Hudgins; Her grandchildren: Travis (Stacie) Tucker, Brittany (Davis) Bowen, Trey (Sidney) Tucker, Heath (Chelsea) Hudgins and Michael (Julie) Buckner; Her great grandchildren: Charli Rae, Holland, Houston, Landry, Krew, Hayden, Jett and Nora; Her three sisters: Jane Bradford, Gwen Brady and Lynn Hogan.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 4th from 1:00PM-2:00PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, AL with the funeral service at 2:00PM. Burial to follow at Low Gap Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her 5 grandsons and 1 lucky nephew, Lee Heath, whose name was pulled from all the nephews names placed in a drawing.
