Mrs. Sanders was such a good friend to me and my family. She never gave up on me and through her I accepted Christ as my lord and savior.  We will meet again Mother Sanders I love you.

I will miss my dear sister with whom we shared many happy times remembering our childhood. I am thankful for her legacy of a faith-shared journey that took her from the Texas Panhandle to the Texas South Coast at Edna, and down to Venezuela before settling in Leesville, LA.  May Mike, Sharon and the grandchildren experience God's abundant grace and love.  Jane Stovall Davidson (Georgetown, TX)

Maribeth was such a wonderful and godly woman that encouraged all those that came in contact with her. She loved God with all her heart, and she truly enjoyed reading the Word of God. 

It was an honor to have known her. She has encouraged me through out the many years to stay strong in the Lord, and to never give up. She pointed to the Word of God in every conversation.

She loved God-and she loved people. 

2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Maribeth finished strong till the very end. She ran the race well!

I will always remember her saying these words, "God is so good!"

I will miss her deeply

We all have stories worth sharing  of love happiness pain and sorrow.
Today, I'm sharing 3 verses that Maribeth lived and exemplified in the way she lived her life.

Heb. 4:12
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any two-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 

2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the Man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 

2 Timothy 2:15
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 
This is the word of the Lord thanks be to God

I will miss her.  She was a beautiful lady for Jesus all the time.  She was a full time servant and a wonderful role model.  My love to her family,  Jan Freimark

Aunt Maribeth was my favorite aunt.  She and I had so much fun being silly together.  She was absolutely the sweetest most sincere person who was always there to share her love and especially God's love with those around her.  I love the pictures in the photo gallery especially those of her with my mom.  They had a special sister relationship.  The pictures with Uncle Marcus and her are really sweet too.  It was so obvious that their love for each other was genuine and blessed.  My thoughts and prayers will be with you all through the next few days and months to come. Love you.  Linda

To the Sanders family, Mrs. Sanders was a wonderful lady, I met and began to know her from my job, helping her care for her boy Chip who she loved so very much, Mrs. Sanders always came in with a smile and kind words.  I will miss seeing and talking with her whenever someone like her leaves this world it does make it a sadder place, but heaven smiles.  I hope you find peace and comfort and my God Bless You All

Aunt Maribeth was real. She was a woman of great faith who wanted to see the world saved. But she especially wanted to see all of her family saved. That was her hearts desire. She was a real lady who lived her life to the fullest . She was an inspiration to me all of my life.  Wednesday she finished her race and she won!

She was such an inspiration to so many people. My life is forever changed by the impact that Mrs. Meribeth had on me. Prayers for the Sanders family. Love you all
