Mr. Crisp was born in Caldwell County to the late Ernest Robert Crisp and Mamie Bryant Crisp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and William Crisp.
Survivors include a sister, Eloise Ada Crisp of Lenoir; four brothers, Donald, Dermont, Robert and Clyde Crisp, all of Lenoir; nephews, Kenny, Larry, Gary, Darrell, Doyle, Dale, David and Danny Ray Crisp; nieces, Linda, Debra and Denise Crisp.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Pendry’s Chapel with Reverend Raymond Coffey officiating. Burial will follow at Belleview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday at Pendry’s Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
