Billy Wayne Earp

Mr. Earp was born on May 9, 1951 in Caldwell County to the late Coy Wayne and Rose Pennell Earp.

Survivors include one son, Jason Wayne Earp and wife Crystal of Wilmington, NC; one daughter, Monica Earp Harshaw of Wilkesboro, NC; Life Partner, Linda Moretz of Butler, TN; four brothers, Burl Earp and wife, Nancy of Sawmills, NC, Benny Earp and wife Bobbie, Bedford Earp and wife Becky, Larry Earp and wife Martha, all of Hudson, NC; one sister, Pat Williams and husband Keith of Lenoir, NC; two grandchildren, Benjamin Earp and Shelbie Duncan, seven nephews and six nieces.

A funeral service for Mr. Earp will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 3:00 pm at Pendry’s Chapel with Reverend Sam Craven officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Francum, Jimmy Earp, Jeff Rash, Kris Williams, Tim Earp, Kevin Williams, Ted Williams, and Todd Earp. Honorary pallbearers are Frankie Armentrout and Dana Triplett.
