

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Clint Coffey.
Mr. Coffey was a loving, dedicated husband, father and grandfather who loved his family above all else. He worked hard to provide for them, driving a truck for Caldwell Freight Line, Newton Transportation and Shull Transportation.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 36 years, Janet Dellinger Coffey of the home, sons, Daniel Coffey Jr and wife Chastity, Adam Coffey, Colin Coffey and fiance Jevonica Inkler. James Coffey, Zachary Coffey, Daniel Allen Coffey, Rodney Coffey, all of Lenoir, Freddie Coffey of Taylorsville, daughter Sassy Coffey of Ferguson, brothers, Arlie Coffey and Arvil Coffey, both of Lenoir, sisters, Donna Coffey and Joanne Coffey, both of Lenoir, Pat Coffey of Mocksville and Bonnie Watson of Yadkinville, sister-in-law, Sarah Dellinger Jennifer Lee and husband Tommy,
Also surviving are his beloved grandchildren, Hunter Coffey, Gracie Coffey, Eli Coffey, Benjamin Coffey, Madelyn Coffey, Avery Coffey, Marybeth Coffey, Sophia Coffey, Chris Coffey, Elaine Russell, Phillip Coffey, Christy Coffey, Carrie Hodges, Melissa Bryant, Kaleb Coffey, Mackenzie Coffey, Crystal Wright, Amanda Stamper, Allyssa and Allison Wright, Jacob Stamper, Abagail Stamper, Cathern Stamper, Reggie Smith, Brett Smith, Harlee Hollifield, Noah Hollifield, and Carla.
In keeping with his wishes, no public services will be held.
