Fred Lee Hall

Born March 12, 1927 in Wilkes County, he was the son of the late Tyree Lee Hall and Pearl Johnson Hall.

Mr. Hall worked as a commercial roofer and was a member of Fountain of Life Pentecostal Holiness Church in Wilkesboro. He had previously been a member of the Gideons International. He was a retired member of the Roofers Union Local 149 and also sang with the 3WC Choir.

Mr. Hall was a Veteran of the United States Navy and served in World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as children, Larry Hall, Patrick Bratton, and, Marsha Hall.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nancy Joan Rupert Hall, and his children, Karen Stewart (Steve Stewart) of King, NC; Debbie Bratton of Moravian Falls, NC; Mark Bratton (Diane Bratton) of East China, MI; David Hall of Hickory, NC; Barbara Johnson (Mark Johnson) of Wilkesboro, NC and Jessica Jones (David Jones) of Lenoir, NC. He also is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Hall will be held at Fountain of Life Pentecostal Holiness Church Monday, March 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM with David Jones officiating.
