Jimmy Frank Davis

He was born on August 9, 1934 in Watauga County to the late Abner Davis and Blanche Victoria Teague Davis.

Mr. Davis was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean conflict. He loved to fish and spend time with his dogs and family; especially loved riding the country roads through Buffalo Cove.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Sue Bustle Davis and second wife, Marie Erleene Livingston Davis along with ten brothers and sisters.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Timothy “Tim” Davis and wife Donna of Hudson; Stepsons, Rick Senn of Granite Falls and Mark Senn and wife Elaine of Beaufort, SC; Stepdaughter, Jacque Nance and husband Boone of Stranten, VA; Brother, Jack Davis of Granite Falls.

Also left to cherish his memory are four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Davis will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with Rev. Edd Warren officiating.
