Jimmy was born and raised in Lenoir. He was currently working and living in South Carolina with plans to move back to Lenoir.
Jimmy was an amazing artist, musician, singer, and chef. He was extremely talented at painting and drawing from memory, which led to him working as an artist. He was incredibly creative and would bring ideas to life with impressive speed.
He had a big heart and he was a blessing to everyone who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother Justina Milam Smith, his grandparents Bart and Boots Milam and Henry and Velvie Smith, and his dog Star.
Left to cherish his memory are his father Jimmy W. Smith, Sr. of Lenoir, his daughter Emisen Smith of Virginia, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his beloved cat Jude.
In keeping with Jimmy's wishes, there will not be any services.
