

Born May 16, 1919 in Caldwell County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Matthew Hall and Callie Mae White Hall.
Mrs. Crump was a homemaker and a member of College Avenue Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl Dennis Crump, who passed away May 25, 1999; her daughter, Mavis Long; five sisters, Bertha Miller, Bonnie Austin, Letha Hall, Toye Fox Lois Moretz, and Faye Knight . Also preceding her are three brothers, Ernest Hall, Ivey Hall, and Willard Hall.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Tony Earl Crump and Wendy Crump of Hudson; one brother, Stanley Hall of Hudson; five grandchildren, Travis Land, Phillip Land, Sean Crump and wife Lacey, all of Hudson, Sara Sudol and husband, Nick, of Indian Trail, and Anna Wilson and husband Dustin of Hudson; and four great-grandchildren, Mason Sudol, Jayden Land, Lyndsey Crump, and Kenan Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM at College Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Brawley officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church and at other times at the son’s Cedar Valley Road Hudson, NC residence.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Management and Staff of Shaire Center Nursing Center for their outstanding care and love they have shown for the last 8+ years to their family and Mrs. Crump.
