Mary Elizabeth Jones

Mary was born the daughter of the late Nathanial Jones and Beula Anderson Jones on August 28, 1938 in Caldwell County.

Mary was a member of Green Hill United Methodist Church in Lenoir.

Mary is preceded in death by her brothers, Tasco Jones, Charles Jones, Archie Ray Jones, Albert Lee Jones, Bobby Jones, and sisters, Mable Link, Dorothy Gray, Annie May Horton, Elenor Jones, Bernice Hendrix and Inez Fox.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are her nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with Pastor Darlene Stokes, Rev. Ikie Perkins and Rev. Jimmy Norwood officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Buffalo Cove Cemetery.
