Aurora Ramirez Galindo

Funeral mass for Aurora Galindo, 91, of Levelland will be 10:00 am, Thursday, December 9, 2010 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Levelland, Texas with Rev. Rudolfo Crasta, pastor, officiating. Rosary will be said at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at George Price Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, December 11, 2010 in the Falfurrias Burial Park, Falfurrias, Texas. Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm, Friday, in the Howard-Williams-Turcotte Funeral Home Chapel, Falfurrias, Texas. She died December 7, 2010 in Levelland, TX.

She was born on April 23, 1919 in Falfurrias, Texas to Arnulfo and Toribia Ramos Ramirez. She married Leonel Galindo in 1937 in Falfurrias, Texas and he preceded her in death in 1987. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Lubbock and St. Michael’s Catholic Church here in Levelland, following her move here in 1997.

Survivors include her daughter Irma Bollinger and her husband, Joe of Levelland, Texas, a brother: Alfredo Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas: her sister: Amanda Cavazos of Falfurrias, Texas; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons: Romeo Alonzo Galindo, Leonel Armando Galindo and Leonel Galindo, Jr.
