Ima Lee Smith

Ima Lee Smith, age 84, of Levelland, died Tuesday, October 07, 2014. Born May 10, 1930 in Levelland, Texas to the late Ottis and Eva Wright. Ima enjoyed a compassionate nursing services career, where she worked with the residents of the Levelland Nursing Home for over 15 years.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Lester F. Smith, daughters; Rebecca Lassiter and Sherry Hogg, son; Lester Lee Smith, sister; Marcel Morrison, brothers; Jimmy Wright and Darrell Wright.

Survived by her sister; Nelda Wright, daughters; Mary Box and Vicky Hogg, brother Elvin Wright; 13-grandchildren, 11-great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 09, 2014 from 6-8PM at George Price Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10AM at the College Avenue Baptist Church, Levelland, Texas. Interment services will be held at the City of Levelland Cemetery.
