Opal Martin

Opal Martin, 93, of Clovis, New Mexico and formally of Levelland, Texas, died May 1, 2014. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 7, 2014 in the George Price Funeral Home Chapel, Levelland, Texas. Burial will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery under the direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland.

Opal was born in Oklahoma on July 10, 1920 to James and Belle Knight. She married Harold Martin on September 28, 1945 in Muleshoe, Texas. Opal loved being a wife and mother and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her three daughters, Dorothy Bennett and husband Don, Linda Pearson and husband Lee, and Marilyn Glaze and husband Kenneth; Eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harold, a son, Ronald Foshee and her daughter, Judy Martin.
