Arthur lived in Bensalem all his life before he moved to Levittown. He graduated from Bensalem High and attended classes at Bucks County Community College. He liked Mozart, Beethoven, The Cure, Depeche Mode, and the Ramones.
He enjoyed watching the Science Channel and admired the intelligence of Nikola Tesla and Granville T. Woods.
He loved his cats, Saturn and Mars, and Spice before.
He loved going to the movies with his brother, Jesse. He loved Sherlock Holmes and shopping at Home Depot.
He will be loved and missed forever by his parents, Arthur Edward and Barbara Ann, his brother, Jesse Colin, and special sister, Krystle Fowsar, of Bronx, NY, uncle Raymond Palinkas, loving cousins, Mark, Karyn, Skip Theresa, all of Upstate NY-Syracuse area, aunt Sharon, NJ, Drew Palinkas and Theresa Dowling, Arizona; Natasha Cottingham, Arkansas. He will be missed by loving aunts Loretta Crow and Kyle, and her husband, Glen Butler, Trenton NJ; Keith and Mary Rothstein, Yardley, PA; and extended cousins of Yardley-Trenton area.
His grandparents, Arthur and Doris Stakes, Levittown, PA and Andrew and Ann Palinkas, Trenton, NJ, uncle Bill Stakes, Ronald and Richard Palinkas, California, and Robert Palinkas, NJ, have passed on.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.
