Born in Philadelphia, PA, was a lifelong area resident. He was a 1988 graduate of Harry S. Truman High School. Bruce worked as a Superintendent on the docks of Fairless Hills for 27 years.
Bruce was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, with a special passion for the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds!
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his adoring family.
Predeceased by his parents, Bruce and Nora Kelly; he is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Andrea; his son Keiran; his brother Thomas Kelly; his sisters, Noreen Bianchini (Dave), and Carol Kelly, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, followed by a funeral service, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA.
